I went into the store yesterday to narrow down my choices of frames I picked in the app. From the moment I stepped into the store, Olivia welcomed and prioritized me! She was kind, attentive and very helpful and I left the store with confidence about what I was going to order. Whenever I go to Warby Parker, customer service is never an issue, but Olivia was exceptionally intentional and authentic and I HAD to shout her out! I promised her I would come back to the store to show her my frames and I am going to make good on that promise! Narrowing down my choices was a lot more fun with her and I cannot wait to get my new frames!
This was a Great Experience! The Associate was AHMAZING!!! She understood my need and provided professional and Friendly service! I believe WP pricing is a little high for lenses compared to online shopping ... their frames to me are comparative in quality to online. The difference is seeing / feeling exactly how they'll fit on your face. WP offers different size widths of the same frame which gives them an advantage so as a consumer this makes an difference...
