It is my favorite location of this amazing brand. I’m with them for more then 8 years. Last year also started to use contact lenses. This brand is always have trendy glasses but the most important the professionalism of their staff. They will always find a solution and help to arrange all process smooth as a silk. Visit them yearly, and it always great impression. Today Hunter was incredibly helpful and professional. Will be back soon for a new set of lenses. Thank you WP!
Great experience @ WP Rock Plaza location. They have an efficient method, from check in to check out - I was able to get my annual exam and purchase my new eyeglass frames in a 1 hr lunch! Awesome, Molly was really helpful with helping me find.the right aesthic frames for me!

Original review: I was convinced to get my reading RX in the lenses of my sunglasses. Now can’t use them. The prescription and the polarized lenses makes them unbearable. I went to the Rockefeller store to get the prescription lenses removed and to have them replaced with regular lenses. I was told simply replacing the lenses would cost $130 and the salesperson say it would be cheaper if I just bought a new pair for $95. That is so unbelievably callous, wasteful and ridiculous!
