Fantastic service! Attentive, polite and extremely knowledgeable associates go out of their was to make their customers satisfied and happy! I would recommend this place to everybody!
I have been a loyal customer of a French optical store for over 20 years and have always been impressed by their exceptional service. During my recent visit, I was amazed by the care and attention I received. I had purchased a Lindberg frame 8 months prior but wasn't happy with the color, so I didn't wear them much. When I mentioned this to the owner while buying a new pair at the end of last year, he went out of his way to exchange the frame for a different color, showing great empathy. I am truly touched by their kindness and now adore both pairs of frames. I wholeheartedly recommend this optical store to all my friends!
Screw fell out of my glasses frame and my neighborhood shop didn't have a tech on duty (on a Friday, midday!), so I googled and went all the way into the city to French Optical. Fixed me up in just a couple minutes, super nice, and wouldn't take a dime for their service. Will be top of my list when its actually time for new frames!
