Amazing staff and providers! I sustained a traumatic injury to the eye and needed an urgent follow up after my ER discharge to complete some recommended testing. They saw me the same day I called and were so incredibly thorough with the exam , testing and recommendations. Everyone was so nice and helpful , during what was a stressful 24 hours. Such a great experience that I decided to move my general glasses/contact lens care over to them.
Kianna made the whole experience really easy. She gave me plenty of time to try on different frames and never made me feel rushed, which helped me find a pair that genuinely felt right. She explained the different lens options clearly, without any pressure, and was thorough with all the ordering details. I felt well looked after throughout and would happily recommend the practice.
