“Pros: Technicians Lisa and Nitz and administrative staff Pauline are all warm, welcoming and extremely professional.
Cons: I did not receive the usual reminder call beforehand. A bigger and clearer sign in the parking lot at the paystation showing the parking cost would be very useful. An older couple I encountered had difficulty and got stuck at the exit.“

“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

“This was our first experience with my daughter having lice. Both technicians, at the White Plains site, Princess and Leonie educated and treated our daughter and both my wife and I.

They were very highly professional and gentle throughout the entire process. They provided us with instructions and long-term treatment plans.

We will definitely recommend this to anyone who even thinks that they were exposed to lice. If possible, when calling for scheduling, try to see if you could be assigned to either princess or Leonie.“

“The nurse practitioner was very warm friendly and knowledgeable. However, entry into the Mount Vernon office building was challenging- the building door was locked and the intercom for Passport Clinic was inoperable. We waited for some time before my husband had no choice but to contact the main office and they in turn alerted the nurse that we were waiting in the foyer. Once we were in the office (aside from lack of heat) the meeting was productive.“

MedAlliance does seem to change protocol like “checking in a check out” quite often. Sasha however always takes the time to explain what has changed, what is new, and helps to fill gaps so the patient always has what they need. She has even gone out of her way to assist with sending documents to my providers outside of MedAlliance so that I can have my treatment be continuous. I wish more clinics had someone like Sasha! The healthcare in NYC would be better all around if we had more folks like her working to help us stay healthy!“
