Called told them I had covid and if I could get medication. They told me a doc would call for a consult but never called. Called them 4 times . Last time I was disconnected. Do not I repeat do not use them. Completely unreliable

Be ready to wait on line outside for 45 minutes to almost 2 hrs. If u in the system , to don't have to register at the kiosk. Just go to the front desk. I had to complain how cold it was inside before they decided to turn on the heat. Heat doesn't stay on for long..They turned it off after less than five minutes. They do rapid and pcr.

Apparently my COVID test results were available since Friday, December 18, 2020. I was not notified of my results. I called twice and scheduled two appointments to get phone calls regarding my results, but the clinic did not uphold their part, and I was never notified.There is no urgency in their urgent care.Need to figure out how to report this to the state.***Updated Friday, January 29, 2021***I did get a follow up call the following day from the office. I have since gone back twice to get retested, and I had a much better experience. This office serves their community well. I thank them for their help. This is why I changed the rating from 1 star to 5 stars.
