Staff here was amazing! Jordan and Stephanie were very welcoming and know how to make their patients feel comfortable and Dr Teesha was it was very tentative and extremely concerned when she thought I had an emergency. This kind of service is needed in healthcare and I would recommend this Essen Health urgent care location to anyone in need
My experience with Dr Lem was very good and his assistant Stephany was excellent with my vitals and bloodwork. I would highly recommend visiting here. The wait time was very minimal.
From the moment I walked in staff was amazing. Thalia greeted me and took me as a priority I couldn’t breathe at all . Stephany was so amazing I thought she was my mom for a second the way she catered to me , and made sure I was okay .Jordan took my Vitals and made great conversation and checked me out effectively. Felt like home . DOCTOR YUSUPHA WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGG. 10/10 come here for sure
