First I want to say I call for help and they were able to take us right away. Walk in the office and was greeted by Princess. She did such an amazing job with my 1 year old she was so calm princess talk to her while brushing and combing her hair. My 5 year old like that she talk to her and love that her name is princess. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for help.

Princess @the White Plains location explained the 3 step process of eliminating all the lice and nits. I’m so happy I didn’t continue the OTC products as they were not effective at all. Princess was kind, patient, and very informative and gave me peace of mind knowing that we will be lice free and can put this unfortunate event behind us.

We had such a great experience at this clinic. My family came in very frazzled with the whole situation, and we left feeling much calmer and at ease. Princess and Leonie were very through with our treatments. They answered all of our questions, told us what steps to take to next, and set us up with supplies to help keep this from happening again. We’re so thankful that we were able to get both the treatment and peace of mind. I highly recommend LCA for those that find themselves in need of a lice treatment.
