Everything and Everyone But the service from and in pharmacy is Great. I cant express enough that the Pharmacy service both customer service and just regular service is ridiculous 😑 and has Gone down hill...just send your medication to a personal pharmacy or Walgreens its quicker, cheaper and more efficient.
Medical staff and front desk staff are lovely and friendly. The pharmacy staff is not so nice or friendly. They make me wait to pick up prescriptions that are already filled and ready as they talk amongst each other or on the phone. And they act like it’s an inconvenience that I’m there to pick up prescriptions I filled and ordered ahead of time online. They need staff in the pharmacy that is as nice as the other staff in the building
Shout out to the young man at the front desk, multiple people came in loud and angry because they did not understand the concept of first come first serve and he handled every situation with grace and patience. No one deserves to be yelled at or spoken to the way he was and he didn’t allow others to tarnish his character
