Excellent doctors , a little hard to communicate once you are not in office since you have to leave a message through a receptionist , overcharge for Covid test 180$, billing department is most irritating part, lying openly by saying that I have to speak to insurance about 180$ for Covid test charge .

Really depends on the department you go to and who you see. I have some great great dr's there, but have also have had some horrible ones, could have been dead a few times over but thanks to the good ones who caught onto what the others didn't, I'm still here. Oncology department at 3030, amazing. My Dr there, Dr. Mathew Weissler has been great, got answers from other Dr's when I couldn't, got the ball rolling in departments I couldn't get a response from, the staff is caring, and funny, and sweet. If I did t go there don't know where I would be today, probably not here by now. And kidney Dr. Dr. Blair in rye. Also a big shout out to him he probably saved my life last March (2023). After of complaining for 2 years he found the mass, in my stomach, he has always been there through the hard times with my kidneys, and has always responded back when we need him. So yes I would recommend, but if it doesn't feel right follow your instincts. Because your life can depend on it, Be your own advocate, no one knows your bodies better than you.

I went to the urgent care because I hurt my knee. I was able to be seen within the 1 hr. The front desk was courteous and check in was quick. Victoria Jean-Calixte FNP listened to my concerns and had my knee X-rayed immediately. She also called to set up a follow up with orthopedic doctor within the practice.I would definitely recommend this place.
