The main goal of healthcare should be to understanding one’s health and It comes through proper communication. Take it from me, they can communicate well! They take time listen to your concerns, comments and answers your query. The receptionists are calm and gentle. They will guide you properly. Remember to have patience to get the best care. Perks - they have free coffee in the waiting room.
Lastly, I have to give them credits for the cleanliness in all sections. Thanks to Dr. Chowdhury and all the staff who are doing a good job in NYC docs! I genuinely recommend.
