She prepared a booklet for the countries on our trip and what vaccines were needed plus information about malaria in each country, entry requirements, etc. She did not push any vaccines I didn't want. She also gave me useful information about insect repellents and repellent spray to use on our clothing.“

All the staff and nurses are kind, caring, and attentive. The real highlight of the office is Dr. Kseniya Kobets. I suddenly developed some serious acne in my adulthood and Dr. Kobets helped clear it up so efficiently and effectively. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Kobets talked me through all the medications I needed and I could tell she truly wanted me to get better. After less than a year I can say my skin is better than ever and it is all thanks to her! I never thought my skin would go back to how it was before I developed severe acne, but Dr. Kobets made it better than ever before. “I can't say enough about Dr. James Isbell, Surgeon and Dr. Fernando Santini, Medical Oncologist at Sloan Kettering in Westchester.My husband had to be treated there and from the very beginning to now, the excellent care of the doctors and their staff were outstanding. Very communicative when the surgery was over, many calls to follow up on him, schedule follow up appointments, the portal which has all his test information, to the welcoming staff when you arrive, including the security guard. The care my husband had by his doctors and staff was beyond any of our expectations. They saved my husbands life and we are forever grateful. They are truly a world class facility.“

“I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“
