“I decided to try this Vet it is close to home and was highly recommended. I was surprised I was able to get a appt. within 24 hours. I have to say this Vet office was spotless, so clean and updated. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We met with Dr. Haley Knopf.. She explained the problem Daisy was having gave her a shot and some meds to put on her paw. We had a follow up appt. and all went well. Our furry friends are like our children and we only want the best for them. I highly recommend Commack Vet. Center on Motor Parkway in Commack.
Had another visit to the Vet and once again very happy with the care. Daisy had a ear infection and she is a very good girl well behaved and they were able to clean her ears and apply a solution. The staff is so good and they take the time to talk to your pet. Can't say enough about this Vet.“

“I called as a new patient appointment and needed to be seen the same day. My puppy was in the ER Vet over the weekend and still wasn’t doing good. I don’t know the receptionist name but she was so kind and compassionate on the phone and got me in within the hour. The Dr and nurse Stephanie were soooo amazing and Dr went and listened to me tell him what was going on. He immediately had a game plan and she was medicated and I was sent home with medication as well. We are now making this our new vet. Each and every person we came in contact with was just wonderful. “Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable. I treat my cat like a baby and I absolutely trust them with him, they saved his life and continue to take excellent care when we go.
After 6 years it's time for an update, I love Dr. Balbour, she is amazing, but the office leaves a little to be desired. They still make you wait outside like it's 2020 and don't examine the animal in front of you. You get to the office on time but they make you wait outside for 26 minutes (literally) only to come inside and wait for twenty minutes more, only for them to come and take your pet away from you. I dunno, I'm quickly becoming not a fan. I swear I've seen people arrive after me and go inside before me. Maybe I'm expecting too much, or maybe I should just arrive 20 minutes later in the future“

“Top notch Dr. and his staff. Pitbull Hope had a growth on and under her eyelid and a small tumor on her leg. Did both while she was only under once. She is tip top 3 days after surgery. No discharges, infections or anything else. He will be our vet going forward. Thank you both. Sincerely.“

And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“
