My husband and I brought our cat to Townline for her yearly checkup and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly cared about making the visit as stress-free as possible for both pets and owners. We were immediately greeted by vet tech, Christina. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions with kindness and professionalism. Afterwards, the veterinarian came in and took the time to thoroughly examine our cat, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. My family and I were so worried about our pet Great Dane. He wasn’t acting right and we didn’t know what was wrong. Bringing him here was the best thing we ever did for him. Christina who is head of staff made me and my family comfortable ensuring us that my boy would be ok and that they’ll take care of him. They were so knowledgeable and comforting to us. Explaining all that was going on. I’ll definitely bring all my pets there from now on!! Christina is an amazing employee!! Made me feel like family!!
Was very pleased. Was seen almost immediately, and staff is friendly. The place is bright and very clean. Doctor was friendly and informative. Most of all, price was very reasonable and I felt I got good value for the services received for my pup. Recommend!
