“While I am never happy to make the trip to AES, when necessary, off we go! The hospital is CLEAN and does not smell🙂The staff is efficient, but caring and clearly with the animals needs up front. I have been to other emergency hospitals, this is the one I recommend to people.”
“I had a really great experience here and wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve it. I brought my dog King in for a visit and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was extremely patient, gentle, and professional with my dog.
They really took their time, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into doing anything. They walked me through the options, answered all my questions, and let me make the decisions at my own pace. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and not just rushing people in and out.
They were also very calm and gentle handling my dog, which meant a lot to me. Overall, very professional, very polite, and just genuinely good people. I’m really glad I chose this office and I feel very comfortable bringing my dog back here in the future.
Highly recommend”
“I have been going to Dr Cavallo for over twenty years. I trust her with my dogs. She is the best.”
