Such a wonderful place. The staff is always kind, welcoming and friendly each and every time I visit, from the moment you walk through the door. They always work to accommodate and listen to whatever concerns I’ve had. 10/10 recommendation. The pet turtle is also one of my faves!
Dr Steinberg and the entire staff at Commack Veterinary Center are fantastic! Dr Steinberg really spends the time to know our pet and ensure we understand their condition and how to best care for them. The staff knows who we are as soon as we walk through the door, and Dr Steinberg remembers our pet without having to read past notes. It’s so refreshing compared to so many other vets that just treat our pets (and us) as numbers. We feel we get good value for the cost.
Always accommodating for last minute emergencies. Have used them for the past few years and always satisfied and never had any problems. Friendly staff and veterinarian takes time to explain everything and answer all questions.
