dr. cooper and his team are helping us in the slow process of bringing our new cat back to life- literally. our cat was found emaciated, dehydrated and actively dying. the staff is absolutely amazing, you can tell they truly care about these animals and it really shows. theyre helping us day by day, transparent about pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. i know we are really in good hands and we are forever grateful.
Both times I have been here have been great! The veterinarians I have seen and vet techs really know how to handle cats calmly and quietly and that is more than I can say for other offices. Highly recommend this office. It's a little pricey but worth it to me for quality care!
Wow. What an experience. Shane, Rebecca, Peyton, and Dr. Chen were absolutely incredible with my dog. The doctor took A LOT of time to ease my concerns, were very transparent with my invoice, and I did not feel pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Also, the prices for things were very reasonable. They even gave me a freebie bag as a thank you. Top. Notch. Would never go anywhere… read full review
