i love this vet clinic very much. i have been going here for years ever since i got my first guinea pig back in 2016. i really can’t stop recommending this place to all of my friends and family who are getting new fur babies. when one of my pigs past away recently, they were so accommodating and understanding, they sent a sympathy card and took his nose and paw prints. they treat your animal like it’s their own. we got a rescue husky last year, and dr troyan has been answering any and all questions that we have about caring for him. can’t thank them enough!!
I never write reviews, but i really just felt the need to express how pleasurable my experience with Dr Troyan and the entire staff at Family Pet Clinic has been. Dr Troyan is such a genuinely nice person, my dog Archie just absolutely loves her! Anytime I need to get him in for something, I call and am always given an appointment same day, never an issue. Dr Troyan is highly competent and I trust her completely. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of veterinary services.
I brought my dog Bruiser here because he was acting a little off. He hadn't eaten in two days, didn't really seem excited and refused high value treats. I brought him in and a mass was discovered in the X-rays. The next step was an ultrasound but the tech had left for the day. The vet called them back for the emergency issue and they were able to take a look then. Luckily it appeared operable and hadn't bust. We were then referred to a bunch of other surgical locations and went with their top recommendation. The care and concern they showed us when we were there was special. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped save my dog.
