To say I wasn't looking forward to whoever they were sending to sanitize, is an understatement. But, I was pleasantly surprised! These 2 guys drove from Syracuse to Canandaigua in a bad storm, got soaked waiting for me to finally get to the door..but greeted me with smiles and reassurance.
