“We recently completed an 8-week master bathroom renovation with CNY Home Improvements, and the results exceeded every expectation.

Our project combined two small “his and hers” bathrooms into one beautiful, functional space. John, our contractor, handled every aspect with exceptional skill and attention to detail—from removing the dividing wall and replacing two small windows with one large, light-filled window, to perfectly matching the exterior siding so it looks like it was always meant to be there.

The scope of work was extensive: removing two showers, two toilets, two sinks, and all existing flooring, then rebuilding from the ground up. John installed stunning tiled flooring and created a fully tiled, zero-entry walk-in shower with a bench—all seamlessly integrated over our existing radiant floor heating system.

“The team from Wet Basement Solutions that just completed my basement project was amazing! I will never have water in my basement again, guaranteed! Kaleb, Anthony, Camrin and Daniel were all extremely polite and very respectful of my home...... which seems to be missing with other contractors these days. How refreshing! Each of the three days they were here, they started by laying down drop cloths to protect my floors. At the end of the day they not only explained what they did and asked me if I had any questions, but they cleaned up their work area, pulled up the drop cloths and returned my house to normal. My home needed sump pumps and trenching in the main basement and in the crawlspace, so it was quite a job hauling all that rubble and stone up and down the stairs.... not to mention the new concrete! My job is now complete and they are on their way to help the next, very lucky homeowner deal with mother nature. “Did a great job! Sheetrocked, painted (including lead abatement), added/replaced trim and door frames in 2 bedrooms. Nick and crew worked very hard and were very responsive to our requests, including busting their rears to get finished before company came over. Several workers put in extra time and Nick in particular came over on a weekend to get some work done. Covered shelves and beds and cleaned up after themselves. Created rooms that were modern but still fit well with the style of our 1890 house, despite the challenges inherent in working on an old house with a lot of oddities and anomalies. “I had these guys do some construction work and me and my wife were so happy with the work they did inside we decided to give them a try outside too. When I say they delivered I mean they absolutely DELIVERED! In the very beginning my yard was a mud pit and I had some reservations seeing my backyard in this state. 2 months later I can’t even believe this is my backyard beautiful paver work stairs up to my deck boulder walls and a waterfall and water slide into the pool. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better they did the lighting and it pulled everything together.
