To say I wasn't looking forward to whoever they were sending to sanitize, is an understatement. But, I was pleasantly surprised! These 2 guys drove from Syracuse to Canandaigua in a bad storm, got soaked waiting for me to finally get to the door..but greeted me with smiles and reassurance. My stress level went from a 10/10 to ZERO. They told me my job was to relax and theirs was to take of the issue. They were thorough and timely and even did some pick up that maintenance had left. They went above and beyond and I would recommend 100% ?“

He didn't have the chance to get many reviews on the internet because for the most part his clients were his age and like himself, they did not know how to work a computer very well. I would like to say like my grandfather once said to get one bad review can ruin twenty good reviews. Their human resources department was always very kind and helpful when needed. The company is ran by some very respected and intelligent people.When my husband was part of their team he would receive very generous Christmas bonuses which always came in handy as well as gift cards for local grocery stores that was enough to pay for employees and their families Christmas dinner.They are a large and well known company in the Syracuse area and surroundings.“

“Recently found a small stain on my freshly painted ceiling.Naturally, these things just don’t go away so I called around, read a few dozen reviews and called these guys first.Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is “what they do in the off season”, roof repairs.Well, “Rick” came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately.He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time.He left and I got the quote same day.I was very grateful for the short term fix and I decided to go with the long-term solution anyway.I left it up to them when they wanted to come back and do it and they said they’d give me a call.A couple of days go by and Rick stopped by with another person during a snowstorm.He said no big deal that’s what we do.Two hours later I have the correction in place that will last me another 50 years and I couldn’t be happier.Quick, very friendly, cleaned up everything and did a great quality job, w/pictures.Highly recommended“
