“The team from Wet Basement Solutions that just completed my basement project was amazing! I will never have water in my basement again, guaranteed! Kaleb, Anthony, Camrin and Daniel were all extremely polite and very respectful of my home...... which seems to be missing with other contractors these days. How refreshing! Each of the three days they were here, they started by laying down drop cloths to protect my floors. At the end of the day they not only explained what they did and asked me if I had any questions, but they cleaned up their work area, pulled up the drop cloths and returned my house to normal. It was wonderful!
My home needed sump pumps and trenching in the main basement and in the crawlspace, so it was quite a job hauling all that rubble and stone up and down the stairs.... not to mention the new concrete! At no time did I hear a complaint or a disgruntled comment about anything... they just chatted and laughed about their families, their work, etc. Again, very refreshing in a contacted team.
My job is now complete and they are on their way to help the next, very lucky homeowner deal with mother nature. Sometimes you can't stop the water, but you can manage it.... and Wet Basement Solutions did just that for me! “I did my due diligence and got three estimates before choosing Michael C. Graham & Sons. Michael was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns. I liked his vibe right away. I also checked many reviews, and they confirmed that I had made the right choice. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking—those were the words I kept seeing, and I found them to be true.
After my free estimate, Michael left me with his phone number. Prior to that, I had done my own Google search so I would know what questions to ask. I was also able to speak with Lauren, the secretary, many times. She was absolutely delightful and always pleasant to deal with.
After a week or two, the date for my project was scheduled. On the morning of the project, I received both a text message and a phone call verifying that the crew would be arriving at my house soon.
My project managers were Dan and Jena. When they arrived, they explained the process for the first day and answered all of my questions. They were both great. The person I was in contact with the most was Jena.
I am a single woman in my 70s, and the thought of going through a roof replacement was a little mind-boggling, to say the least. During the roof replacement, Jena made sure I was aware of every step of the process. She gave me her personal phone number, which meant a lot to me. I also walked around my house a few times while they were working, and each time, she took the time to explain what was going on.
I can’t say enough about Jena. She put my mind at ease and let me know that she would be there every step of the way. If she had to leave for any reason, she always let me know. Her communication and reassurance made a stressful experience so much easier.
The whole crew worked very well together. It is surely true that “teamwork makes the dream work.” They were hardworking, respectful, and professional.
When the roof was finished, the owner, Michael, showed up personally to walk around my property and make sure everything was tip-top. He also took the time to thank me for my business.
