To say I wasn't looking forward to whoever they were sending to sanitize, is an understatement. But, I was pleasantly surprised! These 2 guys drove from Syracuse to Canandaigua in a bad storm, got soaked waiting for me to finally get to the door..but greeted me with smiles and reassurance. My stress level went from a 10/10 to ZERO. They told me my job was to relax and theirs was to take of the issue. They were thorough and timely and even did some pick up that maintenance had left.
