I left a message on Cedar Bay's voicemail and bt the end of the day, my call was returned.They couldn't give an estate because they were booked (the covid quarentine had just been lifted).However, he did give me some very sound advise on how to get a good and reasonable contractor.Great advise actually.So, while I didn't get to judge his work or prices, I think calling me back and taking the time to suggest a solution is a great circumstantial guarantee of excellent work ethic.Your call.”
