“I gave Gary a call for a home inspection quote five years ago when I bought my first house. I remember saying to him "we have a quote from another guy, but he's a little more expensive than you are." Gary's response was something along the lines of "that guy is a little less expensive, and he's really good. I'm a little more expensive because I'm the best."If you're a home buyer, then you need Gary. He works for you and he takes his job very seriously. He is there to check every little thing in your house; every crack, every outlet, every window, every faucet, every corner, etc. Gary will give you a thorough run down of your investment and he will give you a fair, objective analysis.Keep in mind that it is a conflict of interest to hire your home inspector to do contracting work on your house within a certain time period. Because of this, I am not able to hire Gary to do the actual work that I need done. That is my only regret in my decision to hire Gary to do my latest home inspection. I wasn't aware of this law when I initially hired Gary so I wish I had hired him to do the larger projects instead. However, I am seriously considering delaying these projects until I'm able to call Gary to do the work.To put it simply, I have 100% total confidence and faith in Gary's work. I cannot recommend his services enough.“

Love that it’s a locally owned and operated company, so the service you’re getting is top notch, at least w these guys it was. “Recently found a small stain on my freshly painted ceiling.Naturally, these things just don’t go away so I called around, read a few dozen reviews and called these guys first.Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is “what they do in the off season”, roof repairs.Well, “Rick” came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately.He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time.He left and I got the quote same day.I was very grateful for the short term fix and I decided to go with the long-term solution anyway.I left it up to them when they wanted to come back and do it and they said they’d give me a call.A couple of days go by and Rick stopped by with another person during a snowstorm.He said no big deal that’s what we do.Two hours later I have the correction in place that will last me another 50 years and I couldn’t be happier.Quick, very friendly, cleaned up everything and did a great quality job, w/pictures.Highly recommended“
