This guy is a complete liar and he does not care about doing a good job. I asked him if he was vac because he was not wearing a mask and he is not. He charges outrageous rates and he hangs around Dunkin Donuts on the top of Seneca TPKE Hill right next to Key Bank i warn you to avoid him he is very vulgar too.
