Glad to have found John. He came to Ithaca and measured for new blinds. He was accommodating as to appointment timing and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. While measuring for new blinds, I mentioned a problem with another existing blind (which he had not installed). He went above and beyond to order me a part and fixed the problematic blind. I would definitely use John again!

I highly recommend John of Window Blinds of CNY. He is fabulous to work with--very knowledgeable about a wide variety of window blinds. His installation is meticulous and of high quality as are the blinds he sells. He is quick to respond to a phone call or text. Can't say enough good things, but I would work with no one else as he is the best. He has done 3 major jobs for us plus a repair and cleaning of an old blind. I feel so fortunate that he is located in our area!

It’s called peace of mind! Never worry and always know that John will do a superb job repairing whatever you bring down to him. It’s part of his DNA. These days I don’t even need to see him. I bring down the shade, leave money and know it will b perfect! Time and again. So appreciate you John!
