Trey & Meriwether 100%!!My apt has a continuing sewage flooding issue. It's been horrible, as well as the treatment from my complex. To say I wasn't looking forward to whoever they were sending to sanitize, is an understatement. But, I was pleasantly surprised! These 2 guys drove from Syracuse to Canandaigua in a bad storm, got soaked waiting for me to finally get to the door..but greeted me with smiles and reassurance. My stress level went from a 10/10 to ZERO. They told me my job was to relax and theirs was to take of the issue. They were thorough and timely and even did some pick up that maintenance had left. They went above and beyond and I would recommend 100% ?
We found Property Restoration to be very responsive, very professional, and reasonably priced. They quickly responded to our needs, calling in staff after hours to rapidly assess and mitigate our problem. They did an excellent job cleaning/sanitizing the affected space, and we can highly recommend them.Services: Flood restoration
I didn't think I would every need a company like this but I did. They were wonderful can out to give me a estimate and was back there an hour later to do the clean up They did a wonderful job. It didn't take long to do. Thankfully it was only my basement. I hopefully will never have to call them again, BUT if I needed to I would call them again.
