Rick answered my distress text within minutes and was able to get a crew in place and to create a kitchen in a previous office space. I had a very tight timeline and the efficiency with which he’s communicated and acted has been refreshing to say the least. Beyond that, Rick and his crew have been just plain good people…polite and considerate and highly communicative. I know they have much bigger jobs happening around mine but I haven’t felt slighted and am going to be able to open on time thanks to them! I can’t recommend them enough. Customer for life now. “From Constantia, NY I happened to see a Healy van at a gas station. We have been unable to get a plumber to our house due to such a demand, so I called them out of desperation. They came out quickly and ended being the best thing I could have done. James the Tech, was unreal. He found a leak in our pipes in 15 minutes. Two previous plumbers were unable to. James came back to work on our shower and had to cut through the wall. The cut was perfect and even I can finish it!! Anyway, I have no idea if all Healy people are like James, but he was better than great!! Highly recommended, In the future, I will call Healy only!!!!!! Thank you Jim“

“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! Also, thank you to the scheduler on the phone Monday morning that let us know they were coming 1st thing!“
