It’s about the down times how they are dealt with. In the later years here up up till present there is a manager Leonardo who is amazing. This is the type of person you want to be dealing with in any public service setting especially with your health. This guy is so patient so chill, extremely accommodating, if I ever do have an issue (and ill tell u 99% of time it’s an insurance issue that isn’t on the provider) he’s genuinely concerned and always fixes the issue. If I have concerns or express issues with financial he always offers to work with me. Never rushes always professional. Very smart very knowledgeable. Always there. But his best quality again is his overall level of comfort, just a pleasure to deal with. I trust this office and now this wonderful being with my health but more importantly my family as well.
