I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Dr. Schwartz's. The staff were wonderful and stayed late in order to ensure that I received my new lens as quickly as possible. The new lens has been nothing short of transformative and exactly what I both needed and hoped for. I can see clearly now for the first time in a decade and I couldn't be happier! I found the facility after following a chain of recommendations from professionals who knew they couldn't help (for one reason or another) but wanted to recommend someone they thought might be able to (and trusted). Very satisfying to be a patient because each of the talented individuals comprising Hartsdale Family Eyecare clearly places my well being as their top priority. They greatly improved my visual acuity. In turn, I began to enjoy a greater peace of mind. The offices are very clean, well organized, and equipped with a wide variety of modern equipment that I have never seen before at any other eye care practice. Professional Doctor. Dr.Schwartz was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Educating me in a way that was precise but very easy to understand and kept away from doctor lingo and made sure I was on the same page as her every step of the way. The staff were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and loving. Great environment to be in and shared conversation and laughs so I felt like I was family on my first visit and definitely not my last. Highly recommend people of all ages.
