“To whom it may concern,Oh, where to start? Ive been visiting this place of business since the early 2000s (i believe) - I've always had a rather pleasent experience. Most recently however, it might be safe to say that i have fallen victim to their most productive, effective and genuinely kind staff member, Lauren. She somehow managed to exceed all expectactions for a place i already held dearly in my heart.I recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of spectacles. Spectacles however shouldnt be necessary to clearly see the level of attention in Lauren's impeccable costumer care - because, just wow, really!To end things off on even more positive note, and if there were a scale of 1-10 on this matter, i would definitely go with a solid 23.7.
