I had a great experience at the store. The best part was the way a worker named Cee Cee made a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Her kindness, patience and great energy was amazing.

My son snapped the arm off of his glasses playing at school. My son need his glasses. He cannot be fully productive without them. My son and I went into americas best as a walk-in on a Saturday and somehow they were able to give us an appointment for a later time the same day and not only that but they said they would call us if they had a cancellation due to the fact that my son had a soccer game that day and needed to be done before 12. They got him in earlier and we were able to walk out with a pair glasses the same day . I was extremely appreciative of the way they took care of us. They went above and beyond. The customer service they provide is excellent. Go above and beyond. Friendly and professional staff. Senika's work ethic and dedication to clients is admirable. I go to this location (413 Tarrytown Road, White Plains) for years and it's always welcoming and pleasant.
