My experience was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Carr was very kind and professional throughout the entire exam. All the staff checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. My girl Jennifer helped me pick out the perfect frames and walked me through the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and not stressed at all! Everything was also very budget-friendly. I’m so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them! ❤
Everyone there was amazing! Doctor included! Jennifer and Kendra were super sweet to my mom & son & super patient while I figured out how to put & remove my contacts. Everyone deserves a bonus or raise!! Thank you guys!
I had a great experience; it was my first time going to this location. Jennifer was so welcoming both over the phone & in person. She helped get my appointment started and made sure my exams went smoothly. Dr. Carr was also very kind and knowledgeable. Kendra was patient while I chose glasses and sunglasses that were both functional and fashion-forward. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and for making my visit such a positive one!
