I'll be honest... for my first pair of progressives I first went to Empire Visionworks and it was a subpar and negative experience through every level of the process - my advice... never go to a mediocre vision shop for progressives.
I did tons of research about the quality of lenses through to the quality of frames. Also I didn't trust my prescription from Empire Visionworks because they rushed through the process and nobody seemed to care... beyond that, the doctor was rude and impatient....read full review
Had the pleasure of going to EyeQ today and had a very pleasurable experience! Their new store is just beautiful and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a very painful scratch on my eye. The Dr saw me right away. Even though I had never been here before, they treated me so well! Extremely quick and professional! I never write reviews but I was incredibly impressed!
