“I am new to the camper world and had a HARD TIME finding someone, ANYONE that would inspect my 1996 Coleman Pop-Up. My mechanic, other mechanics, then MY mechanic did and FAILED ME for no Backup Lights even though I had thre DMV Trailer Inspection Checklist that DOES NOT REQUIRE Backup Lights... Then I found JP's RV! Walter Walter WALTER!!! Walter was such a good dude! His knowledge and Extra Info went above and beyond what we are now used to as far as Customer Service goes. After crawling Underneath, he told my my Wheel Bearing was Hot. It Was. I had Overtightened my Castle Nut when I changed them. He Educated me about my Bad Ground, Hooked me up, and I left with More Lights than I got there with! I expected them to replace bulbs and connectors and hit me with a bill. NOPE! The best I could do was give Him a Tip... And take my Truck back when I need anything.“

“I cannot begin to say how amazing Joe is! My husband and I have been house sitting for our son and daughter in law since before Christmas. Almost immediately we had heat issues = Zero heat. We called Joe ..he came same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem ( it’s a very complicated heat system with tankless hot water heater as well as areas with radiant heat. ) He replaced the tankless water heater which was badly corroded ( someone other company was supposedly “ servicing” it) . Anyone could see it was severely corroded and had been leaking for a long time. He also replaced a faulty condensate pump. Joe solved the issues completely. We were thrilled. Joe is fair in his pricing, excellent in his diagnosis of issues and explains things so we understand. Plus he is a super nice hardworking guy! Fast forward to last week, different property….we were away and while gone, furnace went out and pipes frozen solid! Bathroom with pipes NEXT TO the outside foundation!!!!! Poor initial “ construction “ !! Joe went valve by valve, ( 2 sinks/ shower/ toilet) painstakingly thawing or removing sections as necessary. WITH NO Water damage!!! He really did save the day for us. He only had to make small cuts in the wall vs someone removing the entire wall. Of course he also diagnosed a thermostat issue which was the culprit for no heat. Suffice to say, we trust him implicitly. None better.“
