We recently had our hot water heater go bad. I called Sean in the middle of a blizzard and he was at our house in 30 minutes. Because of the blizzard, he had no helpers. He promised they’d be there by 9AM to replace the hot water heater. Well, they were there by 8:15 and done no later than 9:30 which ensured I was still able to get to work. He and his team were professional and did clean work and his prices were certainly reasonable.
I am beyond grateful this company was recommended by another company who did septic work for my mother in laws home. They came same day she called to evaluate the situation, came up with a plan to resolve the leaking issue on her Burnham boiler along with other minor issues like corroded pipes wiring all over the place from previous home owners. Fred and his team came next day and fixed all the issues at an amazing rate . Day 2 and her boiler is working smoothly. Sean was very responsive when our furnace wouldn't turn on during the coldest day of the year. When I called him late evening on a Saturday, he offered to come out right away. We decided to wait till the morning. He promptly showed up in the morning, addressed the issued, and explained it well. I recommend Perfect Temperature.
