Had an A/C Split system not blowing cold and the team helped my schedule an appointment and were flexible and helped pick a time I could be around for. The Technicians were knowledgeable, kind, & explained the likely options/prices before even getting into things. Then updated me as troubleshooting was underway an advised me as to the best choices for my budget/long-term strategy. Very happy with Coles and will be calling them again. Emma from billing and scheduling was also super helpful.
I run a small business and demand that we offer exceptional customer service. I can say with out doubt that Coles of Washingtonville does as well. Coles replaced my furnace and water heater, removed our old oil tank and also deep cleaned our mini split systems. I was impressed with every tech's level of professionalism. The work was completed without an issue and I would highly recommend this company.
Fantastic customer service from Coles, from the admin to the technician. They communicated well and were punctual. The tech explained everything, worked quickly and resolved the A/C issues. He was very friendly and informative. There was no attempt to sell me anything more than what was needed. He was able to repair an older central air unit and made it very affordable.
