“Craig of Royal Class was very considerate of my home and of my situation. He was realitic in his approach from the outset. After reviewing the problem, gave an estimate of the cost and time. This was not an easy process because my water heater is older. Kyle was sent when the part came in and he was very focused on resolving my issue. Craig was later called and worked together, however, something else came up. When the last part arrived to complete the work, Craig did an excellent job. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional.
