They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up messes and were neat. They checked their work after completed. Friendly and overall great service. They swapped out my water softener machine that I already purchased and I am very pleased with the results.

He returned my call timely and explained how he works. He then came the very next day and on time. He then asked the necessary questions and examined the water valve and pipes to determine the source of the problem. Then he informed me of what needed to be done, the price, and if he should go ahead to complete the job. He was thorough, clean and a great person to deal with. Hi: I lost all pressure on my hot water lines recently. The flow had slowly been getting weaker and weaker over time but this was THE final time. I called Royal Flush Plumbing and Heating from Washingtonville (845) 496-5458 and they came out that night to look at the issues. Through the process of elimination, it was determined that the hot water heating coil in my oil-fired boiler was clogged with mineral build-up (Side Note: I hadn't been using my water softener for over 2 years which was a BIG mistake.
