We had a botched central AC installation done by another company (Variety Installers Inc. - based out of Yonkers - do not ever use them!) that was subcontracted by Sears to do our installation and when we complained, they got Paul and his guys to come and fix the situation. He is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and gave many valuable tips for future needs I will have with my heating and water system.
