Contacted Access for a boiler problem via their website and received a call back from Dan a few hours later. Dan came out the next day and promptly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested it. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The price for the work was very fair. He also answered all of my questions about updating the heating system down the road. Bernie and Access Heating and Cooling really know their stuff. AHC installed new heating equipment, Central AC/Heat Pump, and water softener almost 25 years ago. To this day everything has run fine. Just normal scheduled yearly maintenance and everything is still running well. Highly recommended

I am so grateful to this company. When I was desperate without heat, and no other company would return my calls, they did. Even though I was too far away for them to come and help me they coached me over the phone to help me fix it myself!Service: Heating system maintenance
