She’s someone who pushes you and motivates you to keep aspiring toward your goal. She’s genuine and personable which is why I would recommend her to anyone who asks me where and who I work out with. I’ve never been consistent with my weight loss journey more than I am now because of the constant support from Amy. She truly cares about her clients by helping you with your form, inquires about injuries so she can customize your workout and makes sure that you feel comfortable in your own skin while working toward your goals. The class was packed with energy, full of positive, welcoming members, and the workout was the perfect mix of challenging and fun. You can tell this is a tight-knit community where people push each other to be their best.
If you’re anywhere in Westchester County and looking for a great workout with an even better vibe, I highly recommend dropping into F45 Port Chester. You won’t regret it.“

When I initially found David, I was hoping to find a trainer who was supportive, insightful and methodical. David is all of these things and I’ve made so much more progress working with him than with anyone else. It still surprises me how many goals David has helped me meet (like pull ups).
I think David is so effective as a trainer because he is impressively observant and excels at optimizing an effective workout strategy for each client while avoiding injuries. I also appreciate that David is very receptive to feedback (solicited or unsolicited) and goes out of his way to make improvements to his studio to best fit the needs of his clients. It’s clear how he genuinely cares about helping his clients.
I’ll stop before I inflate his ego too much but please give David a call and check out Strong by Lee! :)“

Being my first time doing CrossFit he was very informative and patient while working with me on form and precision while doing certain movements to ensure I do not hurt my lower back, which I have issues with. Highly recommend definitely worth the money.“

100 Melrose Ave #104, Greenwich“And here is your review:1) Jean, the trainer, is first rate--highest standards about form, very encouraging and a very lovely person 2) the studio is beautiful, clean and has the best machines for a complete workout 3) the slow motion weight training workout technique is the best for building muscle mass, increasing metabolism and safety 4) the private one on one training, in a place with no music or mirrors, allows for the focus needed to do this challenging workout. I feel very blessed to have this in my life and am so grateful to Mindy, the owner, who is extremely client friendly and does an A+ job of running this business!“

She is very thoughtful and thorough in her approach, taking the time to customize workouts to meet individual needs and made me feel so comfortable from day one. In a matter of weeks she helped me connect to my core and body again after having two kids in two years. I'm not used to being "excited" to wake up and exercise, but Tracy is highly motivating and engaging and makes it fun! I've really loved my experience working with her.“

This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.“

Anel is an innovative trainer who has a remarkable program that works you out to failure over a 30 minute period once a week.
