“My central air unit died. We needed to replace our central air unit and decided to upgrade to one with an air pump. John was great to work with. He came to take a look at the space and provided his recommendation and promptly sent us the quote after. We had gotten quotes from multiple places and their pricing was fair. He was very responsive and answered all of the questions we had. For any questions he wasn’t able to answer immediately he got back to us promptly with the answer. Seth and another guy was responsible for installing the unit on the day of. John came by to make sure the installation was going okay. The guys were quick and efficient with the installation. The job itself was very clean install of the unit and they covered the pipe going down the side of my house so it looks a lot better! They completed the installation all in one day, which was great! They took away the old unit and cleaned up afterwards.

We also ended up upgrading our thermostat. John was accommodating and sent Seth back at a later time (after we received the new thermostat) to install the new thermostat. It took a bit to get the heat pump working but ultimately it was all done and John and Seth stayed to make sure both the everything was working. So we were very happy with how the project was handled and completed.“

“Had Airpros come check out my 13 year old 3 ton a/c unit because I felt it was not cooling properly. Gaby came today and was very knowledgeable and really checked the system from the air handler, duct connections and the outside compressor. He even check the return vs the output % of the system. He recommended adding freon, which the unit only needed 1 lb. After he left within a 1/2 hr you could tell the difference. I would give this company 10 stars if I could“
