“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. He did, and if you need plumbing work, you NEED TO CONTACT THESE HONEST PEOPLE!The price to repair the leaky outside faucet by All-Self was ONLY $211.33.I am stunned to think how the other plumber meant to take advantage of me. They were able to assess the problem over text messages and necessary images. Chris walked me through all the steps to prevent further damages, worked on getting a compatible unit, and an estimate of the job within hours. Monday morning, Chris and Tommy arrived with the new hot water heater, installed, and left with everything operational as promised. “Temp air has been servicing the home I bought last year for several years - since they knew the house I started working with them as well. This past week in 90+ degree heat BOTH of my ACs broke (one for the first floor and one for the second fl)They came several times very quickly to get the 2nd floor working properly for me as I have a newborn baby at home and the heat was so bad! I am currently waiting for a quote to replace my first floor unit and furnace as they’re both super old. Shafi, Chris and Ray have all been great to work with and trying their best to get everything working. I’m hopeful they won’t be too booked up to get my new system in soon!!“

“Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions. Since we only had one fridge, we were so grateful for his prompt responses and visits on both Thursday and Friday. During his first visit, he took a look at our fridge and ordered some parts of the same brand, and then he came back the following day (Friday) for his second visit and fixed our fridge completely. When Bill wasn't sure if the part would arrive on the following day (Friday), he promised that he would come on Saturday. My fiancé offered to pay Bill more for his Saturday visit if necessary, but he politely declined and explained that we only had one fridge rather than two or three, so he said it was unnecessary for us to pay additional charges. Very few people in this world were as honest and professional as he was these days, and we were so lucky to have him as our fridge repair man.“
