I was the last appointment of his day and although it was getting colder and dark outside, he still created an environment where he could check the units as if some summertime heat was setting in, otherwise it was too cold. It was very interesting to see how that’s done. If not for that experienced effort, he would’ve had to come back on a different day. He also went the extra mile to take the side panel grills off to get all the leaves out and off of the outer coils. I am someone who will not settle when it comes to finding an honest and affordable provider, but found this task a major challenge for HVAC repair — robot answering services, lack of transparency on pricing, and always a vague feeling of being scammed. That is, until I met Janncy of G2G. Janncy came to our house within an hour (!!!) and immediately fixed an issue with our HVAC wiring at an affordable price. He’s also a nice, family oriented guy, who worked around our crying (er, screaming) baby with a kind attitude. We will definitely call on him for all of our future HVAC needs. “June 2, 2024: Michael from Port Chester, service 8-10pm service excellent, found the source of the leak, replaced the pump, quite detailed in his final checks and accomplished all in 2 hours as originally estimated.

Michael is an impressive individual as it relates to his skill set, but also his knowledge. Michael, unlike many others, loves his job and has a willingness to to work a full day.
