“I just signed up for Homeserve yesterday, and am still in the ten day waiting period before the contract begins. Due to a poor distribution of heat affecting our main living areas, I called Homeserve this morning to see if they could dispatch someone on an emergency basis before the big storm this weekend. They were so helpful and got a technician in within 3 hours of my call! John was really thorough, kind, and did his best to address the issue. Turns out we have a major airflow problem, and there will be work needed in the future. He was able to quickly diagnose and rectify the problem for the time being. Thank you for coming to the rescue! “My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price.
