We have had a service contract with Airros for several years and they have always provided great service. Here is a recent example of why we like them: yesterday I called to say one of our heat thermostats was giving an error code....after determining that I couldn't trouble shoot it, the service manager (Michelle) asked if I would be home in the next hour...I said I would be and Mario (service tech) appeared one hour later and fixed the problem....now our heat was working normally.
Had Airpros come check out my 13 year old 3 ton a/c unit because I felt it was not cooling properly. Gaby came today and was very knowledgeable and really checked the system from the air handler, duct connections and the outside compressor. He even check the return vs the output % of the system. He recommended adding freon, which the unit only needed 1 lb. After he left within a 1/2 hr you could tell the difference. I would give this company 10 stars if I could
I have been working with Michael and Michelle for years, and their service is unparalleled. Installs, maintenance, and repairs, they do it all with equal skill. I don't know anyone else in the industry who as hands-on with his projects as Mike is, and Michelle is an incredible support with scheduling, communications and billing. HIGHLY recommended.
