I had an outstanding experience with Air Pro from start to finish. Their customer service manager Michele was exceptional. Michele was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. She scheduled my appointment quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy.
The technician Gaby was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. He treated my home with respect, cleaned up after himself… read full review
Airpros saved me last year when i was pregnant and my AC broke - other companies gave me a 3 week wait time to even come triage it. Michele immediately got a technician to come same day and was so empathetic. They replaced it quickly and worked with our contractors when it was a bigger project and made it seamless. They did a recent maintenance for both my commerical office and my home - it was so thorough, attentive, well explained, they took photos to email me to show what they did and wrote notes for what to bring next time and incredibly fair in price. They were kind and patient w my baby and noisy dog, i highly recommend and trust them.
