“My wife and I awoke early this morning to a plumbing emergency. I called Cross Brothers at 7am, and they had a man here at 8:15. He resolved the problem for us. The bill was entirely reasonable. Great service and fairly priced. Highly recommended!”
“Had septic backup due to leech field issues. Unfortunately need to pump 1 to 2 times a year until leech field is fixed. Anyway, technician Anthony was fantastic and was here pumping within a couple hours of me calling. Very knowledgeable. I now have a rough idea of what steps to take to start addressing leech field and for now septic is pumped.”
“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! Also, thank you to the scheduler on the phone Monday morning that let us know they were coming 1st thing!”
