Had septic backup due to leech field issues. Unfortunately need to pump 1 to 2 times a year until leech field is fixed. Anyway, technician Anthony was fantastic and was here pumping within a couple hours of me calling. Very knowledgeable. I now have a rough idea of what steps to take to start addressing leech field and for now septic is pumped.
