I called Peterson's with a plumbing and they were able to send someone out within 30-40 minutes. Alex was very professional. He explained the possible problem and pricing. He took care of our issue very quickly and the price was exactly as stated. I was very happy with the service. I will definitely used them again if needed, and will recommend.

We have utilized the services of this plumbing company twice now to help us out in a tight spot and were very satisfied. Their office manager, Rose, is fantastic; I hope they pay her what she is worth. The company is very responsive and was able to send us a plumber both times on the day we called. Both individuals who showed up (at separate times), Kevin and Alex, were professional and explained all of the charges. As far as our experience goes, their fees were not out of line with other companies in the area. Their customer service, however, was far ABOVE average, and that is truly a godsend when dealing with a plumbing emergency.

We called Peterson Plumbing when our water heater was having issues. They sent someone out the same day, the worker was kind, explained everything to us in a respectful and non-condescending manner (which as a woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues is very important to me) and were able to get us a new water heater the same day. They are reasonably priced and gave me the estimate up front. It's been a few months now and our new water heater is awesome. We will be using them again.Service: Water heater installation
