“The morning of 12/07/2021 Josh came to diagnose why our furnace would not turn on.He showed us where flames were coming out and burning the wires close to our gas valve on our 30 year old 80 percent efficiency furnace.The next day Josh and Chris came and installed a 95 percent efficiency furnace.Josh and Chris were professional, never assumed, and answered questions very respectfully. “Our water heater died overnight. I called at 8:00AM right when they opened, asking about installation of a new water heater that I would be picking up shortly. Linda took my info and said call back once you have the water heater. I got back at 9:30, gave Linda a call and by 11:00 two service men arrived and had the job completed within an hour. It was a tight space, they didn't waste a minute once they arrived, did a great job on the installation and cleanup, at a very reasonable price. Fast, friendly and professional.
