My Family and I struggled with our faucet, garbage disposal and our hot water tank for about 3 months and we had 2 other companies send out a technician and they were not successful. A friend referred Dustin and he was amazing!It was late at night and he took our call; he came over in a snow storm to help us figure out the problems we were having. Within an hour, he identified them and was able to repair our leaking faucet in the kitchen, fix the garbage disposal and scheduled a later date to install our hot water tank. We used Fonseca and Griffin to replace the pipes and the stack in our basement, in addition to replacing the natural gas line to the stove and dryer. The plumbers that did the work were professional and completed the work with a great eye for quality. Our basement looks amazing! They also replaced the piping from the kitchen sink and identified the need to replace the garbage disposal. Throughout the entire 1.5 day project, they discussed the plan and our options. I was really happy with the experience we had. I spoke with the owner and they were able to get their team to install a new hot water heater same day. They arrived quicker than anticipated due to finishing an earlier job sooner than expected. Installation went well and they brought our system up to code by installing shut-off valves.
