Cross Brothers Plumbing has my business for life. As a new customer, their quick response time to my urgent situation was incredible. And as a result, they ended up doing a LOT of work in my home over a 5 month period. Took care of many long overdue plumbing repairs, plus did brand new everything in 3 bathrooms that just had flooring installed. Gary (office) really knows his stuff and was so accommodating during the whole thing. They did a couple of jobs at my house for me. 1st job, didn't even know where the issue was. They found it and fixed it. They kept me informed in every step of the process. The second job had hiccups (not because of them but because of my old house), again, they were professional with their communication and did an amazing job. I've now had Cross Bros come a few times for assorted projects, most recently to replace toilets. Every aspect from scheduling to the work day has gone smoothly. When they finish everything is neat and tidy and the work has been well done. I'm happy with the company and the work done!
