“Noticed a small soft spot in the wall where the previous owners “patched”. Poked through the patch to find a small “pin hole” in the sewer pipe coming from the second story to the basement. Called and spoke to Mark, he had Jonah out within hours, with a small hole made in the wall, noted the previous owner hung something by drilled a screw through the pipe. Jonah recommended a fix and had it done and on his way. Couldn’t have asked for better service!“

“Over the weekend our kitchen sink was draining slowly and on Sunday, totally clogged up. We called Vona Plumbing first thing Monday morning and were told someone would be at the house, either late morning or afternoon. We hung up and within a half hour, Fred was at our door. The cost was a little more than I am used to , but the bill was dropped from the original quote as all parts ordered were not required …. “Rick and his team are the absolute best! They were referred by another plumber who was honest that what we needed was beyond his abilities. Rick answered my distress text within minutes and was able to get a crew in place and to create a kitchen in a previous office space. I had a very tight timeline and the efficiency with which he’s communicated and acted has been refreshing to say the least. Beyond that, Rick and his crew have been just plain good people…polite and considerate and highly communicative. “From Constantia, NY I happened to see a Healy van at a gas station. We have been unable to get a plumber to our house due to such a demand, so I called them out of desperation. They came out quickly and ended being the best thing I could have done. James the Tech, was unreal. He found a leak in our pipes in 15 minutes. Two previous plumbers were unable to. James came back to work on our shower and had to cut through the wall. The cut was perfect and even I can finish it!! Anyway, I have no idea if all Healy people are like James, but he was better than great!! Highly recommended, In the future, I will call Healy only!!!!!! Thank you Jim“

“I cannot say enough good things about PA Leone & Sons Plumbing. Great customer service and highly skilled & friendly professionals at a decent price. They fit me in the same day to unclog my drains and the guy was fantastic. A few years ago they installed a new hot water heater and it went perfectly. There is no way I would ever use any other plumbing company.“

“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in!
